Documents Printed/Reviewed (canceling less than 2 hours prior to an appointment) $25.00

Documents Printed/Reviewed-Trip Made (canceled during/at an appointment) $50.00

COMPLETE-SATISFACTORY SIGNING-FAILURE OF LOAN TO FUND/CLOSE:

*Should a loan fail to fund or close at no fault of the Signing Agent, a fee will be charged in the amount of $75.00 to cover the Signing Agent’s time and costs for completing a satisfactory signing.

MOBILE NOTARY PUBLIC – GENERAL NOTARY WORK 

Mileage/Travel, plus $10.00 for each notarization.
